Atlantic worked with Estes Twombly Architects to create this landscape. This patio was constructed with concrete pavers. The roof runoff is handled with a trough of river stone.
These aged cobblestones were used to separate garden from patio area. River stone was selected to top a drainage system against the house.
Rain chains were used to direct roof top runoff. All the runoff for this Virginian home is handled in a series of rain gardens and swales.
This roadside drainage swale is lined with small boulders and river stone. The stone help prevent erosion and add year round beauty.
A mix of specimen trees and shrubs work selected for this Asian inspired garden.
